Fosterton production sites are located in southwestern Saskatchewan and delivered to Regina through the South Saskatchewan Pipeline system. Fosterton is a conventionally produced heavy sour crude stream at 20 API gravity, 3.2 wt% sulphur. Fosterton does contain the lowest TAN level of any of the western Canadian heavy sour crude streams, and is among the oldest production streams in western Canada.
